Power supply attributes of Gbamu Gbamu minigrid system (Nigeria), 2020

This dataset describes the core variables for the electricity produced by the Gbamu Gbamu minigrid system located in Ogun State Nigeria for the month ended April 2020. The data is collected originally by Rubitec Nigeria Limited,a renewable energy generation company in Nigeria. Some of the variables covered in the dataset include: cost of energy, kilowatt hours, minimum voltage, average voltage, maximum voltage, maximum current, true power, apparent power, power factor and power limit of energy produced.

Purpose
The purpose of using data is to do a pilot study of renewable energy consumption in Nigeria, using energy generated from minigrid system as a proxy. This is then followed by the main analysis of the effects of renewable energy consumption and environmental sustainability on economic growth in Nigeria and Ghana.

I would like to thank Rubitec Nigeria Limited for making this dataset available to me, even though its for a price.

Statement
As a form of preliminary analysis, the Eviews Software was used to identify the significance of solar-based electricity as part of the renewable energy consumed in Nigeria. Since I am a secondary user of the dataset, the data quality was not assessed but it was guaranteed by the primary data collector, Rubitec Nigeria Limited.
