As long as not publicly available the following use restrictions must be considered:

- The Data must not be redistributed to unauthorized persons as defined by the distributor;

- The data can be copied and prcessed to create derivations by the authorized persons;

- If publication results from using the data, the user agrees to acknowledge the author and/or give credit to the author, or, as scientifically appropriate, provide co-authorship to the author based on any direct contribution s/he may make to the research;

- If a publication is made based on the data, a copy of the manuscript or abstract shall be sent in any case to the author not less than forty-five (45) days prior to the date of the publication.

- Only anonymized data is accessible. In case access to the non anonymized data is required, please ask the distributor.
