Data includes randomly sampled pasture/soil measurments, transcripts of 22 qualitative interviews (anonymized), and a questionnaire with 128 corresponding results focused on livestock systems and climate change adaptation but also with socio-economic information. Height1; Height2; Height3: The different height measurements within the 1m² boundry-box. **Pasture_WM_DM.xlsx** The pasture samples were dried as quicky as possible after cutting it to prevent weight loss. For the popuse of drying a ofen was used and the weight before and after has been check for one sample out of five (all located within a sepcific area of the catchment). The grass has been dried, till no change of weight could be determined after several checks inbetween two hours. The resulting drymatter was used to determine a conversion factor, which was applied to the other samples. Drying all samples would have not been feasable. ID: Unique ID coresponding to the ID in (Samples_Pasture.xlsx). Total Wet (in g): Weight of the pasture sample in a wet condition (of 1m²). Sub-Sample Wet (in g): Sub-samples had to be taken because of limited space in the ofen. Sub-Sample Dry (in g): Dry matter of the sub-sample. Total Dry (in g): Total dry matter of the 1m² extrapolated by using the Conversion factor. Conversion factor: Conversion factor gained by using the figures from the sub-sample.
