Monthly solar radiation were collected by Tanzania Meteorological Authority in Dar Es Salaam from 2004 to 2018. The months with less solar radiation were selected to design the solar water pumping system.
-
The set of minimum temperature is used together with maximum temperature to calculate the average temperature which will be used during the design of solar PV system
-
Hourly, Daily and monthly temperature data were used to assess the daily solar pump operation for the duration of two years. These data were also used to assess the size of three systems in Kirua kahe water supply scheme for rural areas. Economic analysis were conducted from designed three different systems and compared with existing ones.
-
Temperature (Maximum and Minimum) were used to assess the voltage drop of solar panels and inverters. These information were uploaded to design product centers to come up with the system size which takes into consideration all factors.
-
Daily average, maximum, minimum and hourly temperature data were collected to evaluate the solar water pumping system for small scale irrigation systems in Nanyamba, Tanzania.
-
These monthly precipitation data were collected from the Great Ruaha river basin in Iringa, Tanzania. The data were collected from 1990 to 2018 by Tanzania Meteorological Agency.
-
These daily mean temperature data were collected from the Msembe station at Great Ruaha river basin in Iringa. The data were collected from 1990 to 2018 by Tanzania Meteorological Agency.
-
Solar radiation, Temperature, and Clearness Index are the set of data which were used to crosscheck the design of more than 9 systems which were installed in Dodoma. The designed year were confirmed and information were taken from the data to re-design the system and conducting economic feasibility
-
These daily stream flow data were collected from the Igawa station, Kimani river, Great Ruaha river basin in Iringa, Tanzania. The data were collected from 1950 to 2020 by Tanzania Meteorological Agency.
-
These hydrological mean daily streamflow data were collected from the Igawa station at the Mbarali river, Great Ruaha river basin, Iringa, Tanzania. The data were collected from 1960 to 2019 by Tanzania Meteorological Agency and Rufiji Basin Water office.
